BEACH FRONT PROPERTY
The Emerald Coast has numerous condominiums and homes built directly on the beach; as well as, the bay or sound. Living on the beach is quite a wonderful experience. You have some fabulous views of the water, you can walk directly out to the beaches from your door or elevator and you can enjoy the sound of the surf.
Some condominums have wonderful amenities to include: beachside pools, jacuzzi's, workout facilities, tennis courts, meeting space, covered parking, convenience stores and more. Condo's are managed and maintained by the condo association.
There are condo's directly on the beach, some with beachviews and some on the bayside with boat slips. The high rise condo's are in Destin - as Fort Walton Beach has a height restriction. So depending on what you like or prefer - we probably have it along the beautiful emerald coast.
You will find beachfront homes in Navarre, Destin and South Walton.
WATERFRONT ACTIVITIES ON THE EMERALD COAST
The Emerald Coast is the perfect place to enjoy water and boating activities. From Crab Island, the Pirate festivals, Sailboat Regattas or the islands along the sound - you will find water activities that everyone in your family will love.
The fishing along the Emerald Coast is the best to be found. Walk the docks in Destin Harbor to find boats of all sizes offering fishing tours of the Gulf or the bay or just take a sightseeing tour to see Dolphins.
Have your own boat - then you won't want to miss out on the Pirate festivals. Fort Walton hosts the Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival the weekend of June each year or visit Pensacola for their Pirate festival.
See the many fireworks displays, Sailboat Regattas or Powerboat Poker Runs from land or boat. Crab Island is a large shallow water area near the
Destin Bridge. All the boaters like to meet up and enjoy the fun. Anchor away and join in on the fun every afternoon. It's the place to be.
The bay offers fishing, waterskiing, and tubing. You can take your boat easily to Pensacola via the Sound to see the Navy's Blue Angels show or scoot down to Panama City for an afternoon at Shell Island.
Kayaking, Canoeing and Jet Ski's are a must have too! Enjoy the small islands between Okaloosa Island and the main land or put throughout the wonderful bayous and inlets.
There are numerous boating and water adventures to enjoy along the Emerald Coast. Buying waterfront just puts a little closer to it all.

BOATING PROPERTIES: If you are looking for waterfront property to include a boat then you need to consider a few things. Some waterfront properties in our area are shallow water; therefore, they will accommodate a low draft, smaller boat or pontoon. If you want a larger fishboat, motoryacht or sailboat - then you need to be sure your water depth will accommodate the boat you want. In addition, we have numerous bridges which can determine the height a boat needs to be; in order to move under that bridge.
